Penalties for Employers Not Offering Affordable Coverage Under the Affordable Care Act starting in 2014

Penalties will be important for business owners to make the right decision.  This is especially true for employers that have at least 50 full-time equivalent employees.  The flowchart below (click link if you cannot see it) has a nice layout to show if you will be penalized (taxed) for not offering health coverage.  Some employers will be happy to pay the fine.  Others will be reluctant to do something such as pay a tax penalty.  This is key heading in to 2014 for employers.
